As the principal department responsible for the management trainee cultivation program, Human Resources elaborated on the implementation plan of the management trainee cultivation program. The program is predicated on the "7-2-1" (70% on-the-job practice, 20% coaching and feedback, 10% education and training) talent cultivation model to conduct training for management trainees in three stages (intensive training period, job assignment period, and job rotation period). Simultaneously, in accordance with the guiding ideology of "tailoring education to individuals and matching individuals to positions", the program formulates "one policy for one person" special project plans to achieve the development and transformation of management trainees and enable them to grow into Bomin personnel with professional skills.
The opening ceremony is not merely the starting point of the training work for the management trainees of the 2024 cohort, but rather a significant milestone on their growth path.
